Notes
Participants will engage in ongoing professional development throughout the 2026–2027 school year. Teachers will facilitate student-led conferences designed to strengthen student ownership of learning and build meaningful partnerships with families. Students will review their academic and/or behavioral data with their parents or guardians, reflect on their progress, identify areas for growth, and establish goals for the school year. Through this process, teachers will apply strategies for facilitating student reflection, data analysis, goal setting, and family engagement. Teachers will use information gathered during the conferences to support future instructional planning, student monitoring, and ongoing goal-setting conversations.
