Objectives for this component may include: a. The learner will become familiar with the Title IX policy, law, and regulations. b. The learner will become familiar with an employee's role and responsibilities as it pertains to Title IX. c. The learner will be able to serve objectively in their role. d. The learner will be able to recognize and evaluate Sexual Harassment and Program or Activity. e. The learner will be able to evaluate gender-equity concerns in athletic programs. f. The learner will be able to locate the materials needed to fulfill the responsibilities as it pertains to Title IX. Completion = .5 training credits.
