Full course description
This course will be on-going throughout the 2026-27 school year. Reviewing school data, outlining expectations, philosophies, and the SIP goals. The sessions will align to student needs in ELA, mathematics, attendance, behavior, and subgroup performance. Faculty and staff will participate in professional learning focused on standards-aligned instruction, collaborative planning, formative assessment practices, and PBIS. Sessions will include collaboration, instructional coaching cycles, learning walks, and data planning meetings analyzing data from multiple sources (FAST, District Assessments, and formative assessments). Emphasis is placed on strengthening Tier 1 instruction, increasing rigor, scaffolding with differentiation based on learner needs, and integrating strategies for making content assessible. Individual sessions will be led by administration and select faculty.
