Monthly professional learning in a collaborative setting for instructional staff, focused on strengthening Tier I Instruction through collaborative planning, purposeful small-group instruction, differentiation, cognitive engagement, formative assessment, and progress monitoring. Sessions will build instructional capacity to improve student access, engagement, and achievement, in alignment with the school's improvement plan goals
