he New Teacher Academy (NTA) focuses on supporting novice and early career teachers in developing the skills needed to plan engaging, standards‑aligned instruction. Participants will learn to clarify benchmarks, identify intentional teacher and student actions, and use assessment to support student learning while collaborating within a supportive professional learning community and applying ready‑to‑use strategies in their classrooms.
