Description

The purpose of this component is to develop educators with the skills necessary to positively impact student achievement through collegial support processes. Participants will increase their knowledge and understanding of the state-adopted standards. Participants will explore continuous improvement practices. Participants will explore student data results aligned with instruction and develop tracking processes to guide instruction. Participants will investigate digital learning platform resources for instructional delivery. Participants will examine best practices in instructional design, lesson planning, and instructional delivery. Participants will explore best practices in differentiation and ways to develop instruction aligned with the Multi-Tiered System of Supports (MTSS). Participants will explore best practices in team building and communication skills among colleagues.
