This professional learning course invites MTC faculty and staff to explore How to Work with Complicated People by Ryan Leak—a practical and insightful guide to navigating challenging personalities, improving communication, and building stronger relationships in both the workplace and everyday life.

Through nine monthly sessions, participants will reflect on key concepts, engage in collaborative discussion, and apply actionable strategies for handling conflict with confidence, leading with empathy, and strengthening interpersonal effectiveness. Whether you're working with colleagues, students, supervisors, or community partners, this book study provides practical tools for fostering healthier, more productive relationships.
