MCPS Professional Leadership and Learning invites current educators who aspire to apply for a future school-based instructional coaching position. Participants will learn and engage in the foundational skills of a coaching role, which includes coaching conversations and the coaching cycle. Aspiring Coaches will run monthly throughout the school year (eight evening sessions).
