Description
This online course follows school board policy and will teach you the signs and symptoms of anaphylaxis and how to care for a person having a severe allergic reaction, including how to administer epinephrine using an auto-injector device.
Required for school MERT team members, prerequisite for live training with school nurse.
Upon completion of this online course AND skills check-off with your school nurse you will be provided the code to the EpiPen4Schools lockbox and will be fully trained to respond to anaphylactic emergencies.

All MERT Team members must complete online training prior to your live skills check off with your school nurse.
