Notes
Educators new to the district will be assigned a mentor for the first year of employment with the district. The purpose of the mentor will be to provide information, support, and encouragement for the success of all educatorsMentoring Program will include the following: curriculum program overview, expectations, monthly checklists, data meetings, review of FEAP, observation form, walk through, behavior management plan and lesson reflection form.
They will discuss the Code of Ethics as well.
