The session will begin with a review of mid-year staff survey data led by the principal, providing an opportunity for collaborative reflection, open dialogue, and shared problem-solving around instructional and schoolwide priorities. Participants will engage in guided discussions to identify strengths, address challenges, and develop solutions aligned to student and staff needs.
