PL-Novice Coaches (Invite only) Novice Coaches Sessions 9/15 - 3/9 @ 8am-3pm

MCPS Professional Leadership and Learning invites Instructional Coaches, within their first two years of this role, to engage in six professional learning opportunities. This program focuses on facilitating collaborative experiences with educators, utilizing a book study based on building effective teams. Participants learn the fundamentals of coaching, strategies to aid in goal setting, and ways to model best practices.
