Participants will focus on building a culture schoolwide and collaborate on fostering instructional improvement. Participants will engage in discussion, application, and reflections that will help Marion Technical Institute establish a vison for success for all students. We will concentrate on making sure we are giving teachers the necessary tools to help students be successful.
