Description

This course will be on-going throughout the 25-26 SY. We will begin the year with and overview of 24-25 school data and basic principles of Cambridge highlighting the Cambridge Attributes and Global Perspectives. Course work will continue on each Early Release day for the 25-26 SY. Participants will examine what it means to be a Cambridge school, the Cambridge Learner Attributes, and how BEST Benchmarks and Cambridge standards intertwine to support and enhance student success. The sessions will feature the integration of Cambridge learner attributes in every lesson. Teachers will receive coaching in Cambridge instructional methods highlighting Global Perspective course. The learner sessions will be on-going throughout the 25-26 school year on early release days. Sessions will be facilitated by a combination Cambridge teacher leads.

This session offers a high-level overview of school performance and expectations for the 2025–2026 school year. Non-instructional team members will explore how last year’s school grade and data trends connect to the school’s vision and goals. The session will highlight the vital role support staff play in fostering a positive, achievement-focused environment. Emphasis will be placed on teamwork, communication, and shared responsibility in creating a safe, welcoming, and successful school year for all students.
