FileBound is the program that MCPS uses to view and store all electronic Cumulative Records. FileBound contains all the scanned, electronic documents a student may have. This course demonstrates how to view digitized student records using FileBound and Skyward Student. Completion of this course is required in order to be granted access to FileBound.
