PL-FileBound-Scanning Documents into the Digitized Student Record (Staff with School or District Inquiry Access) SY25-26 Self-Paced Session: July 1 - June 30 @ Canvas

FileBound is the program that MCPS uses to view and store all electronic Cumulative Records. FileBound contains all the scanned, electronic documents a student may have. This course demonstrates the process of scanning documents into FileBound for students who already have a Student ID #. This course should be completed by staff in the following roles: Guidance Clerks, IPCs, ESE Specialists, and Social Work and Employment Services staff.
