This self-paced, 3-hour online training course is designed to equip newly hired school personnel with essential de-escalation strategies aligned with the district’s T.E.A.C.H behavior management framework. Through interactive scenario-based multiple-choice activities, participants will learn how to recognize early signs of escalation, apply verbal and non-verbal techniques to defuse challenging situations, and foster positive student relationships that prevent crises.
