PL-(EME) SWD Professional Learning: 2024-2025 (SWD Instructional Staff) Coherence for SWD: 2/10 (8:00-10:00am)

The Instructional Staff at East Marion Elementary School will participate in a series of Professional Learning sessions that align with the school vision and improvement plan. The trainings were created based on data from the previous school year and in preparation for continuing to improve the impact on student achievement. Topics Include: Domain2- The learning environment, Small Group Instruction- Increasing engagement and student proficiency through systematic instruction, Data collection and data chats, Data chats- guiding students to ownership of their data, Feedback Practices: teachers to students, observer to observee, and 30 Day Countdown- Using Data to Plan for Closing the gap
