Theory and Development of Creativity is one of the five competencies required for the gifted endorsement. This 10-week course enables participants to develop a deep understanding of creativity's value, definitions, and components while fostering creative thinking in educational settings. Participants will explore cultural conceptions of creativity, methods for assessing creative outcomes, and strategies to nurture creativity across developmental and socio-cultural contexts.
