High School Principal Meetings
The purpose of this component is to develop leaders with the skills necessary to succeed through thoughtful
design and implementation of the Florida Educational Leadership Standards.
Objectives for this component may include:
a. Participants will increase knowledge and understanding of the state-adopted leadership standards and
indicators.
b. Participants will explore continuous improvement practices to enhance their performance within the
eight identified standards.
