PL-PLL-UF Coaching Academy: 2024-2025 (Instructional Coaches) Session 2 & 3: 2/19-2/20 (8:00am-3:00pm) @ MTI

Marion County Coaching Certification program brought to you by the University of Florida Lastinger Center. This program develops the skills of education professionals to deliver high-impact, teacher-centered coaching to the educators they support. Participants learn the fundamentals of coaching, strategies to aid in goal setting, and ways to model best practices. Participants will learn how to effectively collect and use data to facilitate coaching conversations that lead to improved teacher practice and student outcomes. The job-embedded program consists of an initial 3-day institute with 5 follow-up sessions. Participants must be able to actively coach teachers throughout the certification program.
