Description
The Magnet Lead will participate in professional learning aligned to the goals and objectives of the academy. Participants will be grow their understanding within the aviation/aerospace framework and develop lessons and curriculum surrounding the program development for year two. Participants will plan the skills and content necessary for program implementation.

This is a professional learning opportunity unique to SRE. The Lead Magnet teacher will be participating in professional learning aligned to the theme of aviation and aerospace. The Magnet Lead may be compensated for up to 75 hours for program implementation for the duration of the year.
