PL-Early Learning VPK DCF Coursework: 2023-2024 (VPK Instructional) Summer School Training: 5/29 (8:00am-3:00pm)

Lead VPK instructors are required to take specific emergent literacy coursework through DCF (if the teacher does not have competency 1 of RE or coursework completed in college in which reading endorsement was awarded). All VPK instructors must take the Florida Early Learning and Developmental Standards course. This offering will hold sessions in emergent literacy and standards coursework as it is completed through DCF, to track points and stipends. DCF transcripts will be used to show completion of the 5 hour courses.
