Leadership Summit 2023: (Audience- New Principals 0-2 years) • Participants will learn to set up procedures and systems that will support the success of both the school leadership and teachers.
• Participants will learn about developing networks of support to increase their knowledge and understanding of their role.
• Participants will learn about balancing responsibilities and ethical decisions.
• Participants will define ways to leverage and support positive relationships with leadership teams, school teams, and communities.
