Leadership Summit 2023: (Audience All) • Participants will be able to recognize the key traits, behaviors, and preferences that distinguish Generation Z and Alpha, including their digital fluency, diverse perspectives, and technological dependence
• Participants will explore the impact that technology plays in current and future generations and how that will enhance and affect educational experiences. E.g. Artificial Intelligence
• Participants will be introduced to cultural influences that shape the attitudes values and beliefs of Gen Z and Alpha. E.g. Social Media• Participants will be given strategies to adapt, empathize, collaborate, and create positive relationships with Gen Z and Alpha.
