PL-UFLC K-12 Leadership Development Program: 2023-2024 (Administrators) Leadership Institute CoP Day 3: December 13, 2023

The program is kicked off by a two-day face to face institute focused on building community among the cohorts while introducing them to Communities of Practice (CoP) tools and protocols to engage as adult learners. This will prepare each cohort to engage in two online modules focused on recognizing and cultivating the dispositions of effective leaders across education systems. Both leadership cohorts will be supported by two UFLC facilitators.
