Marion County Public Schools is committed to equipping our Assistant Principals with the necessary skills, knowledge, and support needed to succeed in a highly demanding educational leadership position. Currently, all Assistant Principals within 0-2 years of experience have the opportunity to participate in MCPS Project Stellar Start: AP Cohort. The session’s format will include round table presentations, Q & A and structured collaboration and reflection sessions.
