PL-Mentoring and Induction: LEAD Instructional Talent Developer (ITD) Professional Learning: 2023 -2024 (LEAD ITDs - Invite Only) Professional Learning and Collaboration: October 5th

The Lead Instructional Talent Developer (ITD) is the lead mentor on campus and is responsible for planning and facilitating the School-Based Induction program at the school site. The Lead ITD will demonstrate a personal commitment to the professional growth of the participants in the School-Based Induction program through analysis of site-based needs and effective planning and preparation for meetings. The site-based Lead ITD will utilize the Florida Educator Accomplished Practice (FEAP) indicators as the foundational principles of quality instruction for teaching, learning, and content building for the School-Based Induction meetings.
