PL-Collaborative Planning (NMHS): 2023-2024 (All Instructional Staff NMH) Horizontal Grade-Level Collaboration Sept-April 8:00am-9:00am (4 sessions total)

Monthly professional for instructional staff in both collaborative as well as whole group settings at least four hours per month. Instructional staff will participate in professional learning opportunities focused on data-based instructional decision-making, collaborative lesson planning, formative assessment writing, strategies for student engagement and active learning based on a gradual release framework, and utilizing the Cambridge Curriculum across all disciplines to support high student expectations and academic rigor. These sessions will serve to build instruction capacity and collective expertise through horizontal and vertical collaboration for pedagogical growth in alignment with our school's improvement plan goals.
